PERSONALISED WORKWEAR ARTWORK GUIDELINES

Good quality artwork is essential to avoid unnecessary charges and delays. To ensure you receive the highest quality embroidery and print customisation, please review our artwork guidelines below. If you do not have the artwork in a format suitable for personalisation, we can convert your existing artwork to a suitable editable format (re-draw), at an additional cost. We will contact you and ask for confirmation prior to any work taking place.

Vector CD, AI Files and EPS files for Personalised Printing

CorelDraw or other vector and EPS files are the preferred files types for great artwork reproduction. It's easy to differentiate between vectors and other formats. If you zoom into a vector, you will see smooth edges and virtually no distortion. If you zoom into a bitmap (also known as a Raster file), the image and edges will look distorted and pixelated. Examples of bitmaps are JPEG and GIF files. Adobe PDF files MUST be created from vector files to maintain editing capabilities.

Please ensure you don't create a bitmap file and then save it as a CD, AI or EPS file. It will still retain the properties of a bitmap and would be unusable. We would need to re-draw the image to ensure it is in an editable format.

Embedding fonts and converting fonts to paths (or curves)

If your logo has any specific fonts crucial to your corporate image, then these MUST be converted to paths (or converted to curves - depending on your software package). This simply means that the font is converted to a graphic object and once done, cannot be changed. If the conversion is not done, then when we receive the file and don't have the equivalent font, we won't be able to match your artwork.
